Interesting.... I thought I had read an article a few weeks ago where the National Customs Service had banned these VIP services.... it mentioned that the Customs and Immigration officers could no longer leave their regular stations and go do their jobs at VIP areas, unless there was an express written request from the Department of State (Cancilleria) or another branch of the Executive...... hmmmmmm....I guess this was to set the stage for this new service, which I suppose is approved by the Customs Service and the Immigration Department...??????
