Yeah and I've accidently left on my laptop (with wifi enabled), phone, ipod and actually used my camera during takeoff and landing. I survived all times, and I'm sure this happens countless times every day across the entire world and I'm not sure I've ever heard of an incident that involved an electronic device operated by a passenger

I've used my camera during takeoff and landing week on Air Canada had my earphones on during takeoff watching there IFE system which is permitted.

I have run into camera trouble with an FA as well before henkybaby. My current solution is wait for them to sit down and start snapping away again but I guess the best solution would be to take a good old hand winding film SLR on board without flash!
