What unbelievable experiences some of you have had visiting the flight deck. I've stopped asking of late, although I think I should ask again! Pre-flight seems the best time.

Speaking of being rebuffed despite asking with a 'small friendly sheep', I was recently told that it was 'not allowed' when I asked one of the FAs to take my log book down to be filled in . That was until I asked the CSD.

Listening to ATC chatter is one of the advantages of flying with UA. You can listen to live ATC direct from your seat on channel 9!
