I love this service and use it pretty often. I had some hiccups which I posted in http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/starw...t-spg-com.html but they were resolved and I've had only good experiences since. The other thing which is great when you are out of the US is Click-To-Call where you put in the phone number you are at and the website calls you and connects you to an agent. I love this service as well! I wish I could initiate it from SPG2GO
