Sky Priority is Delta's policy and they should HONOR that policy, regardless of aircraft and flight. GA for the regional carriers from what I have observed are simply subpar and often lazy. Bet they get paid pretty bad too (which explains their do not care attitude).

When it is snowing or raining or extremely hot, standing on those stupid stairs to aircraft is a uncomfortable. At JFK the regional jets do not have anything resembling a jetway.

As others have pointed out the JFK facility is an embarrassment. In fact, passengers should get the equivalent of combat pay for having to make connections at that sh..t hole.
