Another update:

The executive lounge closes after breakfast on Friday and reopens Monday morning. Last weekend, as a Diamond, I received coupons for the buffet breakfast and an evening appetizer for each night of my stay.

HSIA is complementary. There is wireless in the public spaces and room areas as well as a DSL connection in the guest rooms.

Although the website shows an opening time of 6:00 am for the restaurant, it opened at 5:30 am both days I was there. I suspect the earlier opening is effective during the peak summer system.

I was upgraded to a room with a spectacular view on the 20th Floor of the Anchorage Tower. While rooms in the West Tower may be larger and more modern, as described by NorthernAZtraveler, the views from the upper floors of third tallest building in Anchorage were spectacular.

And I agree that customer service there was very good
