Apologies if this has been covered before, but my search is not yielding any results.

I am missing some miles for flights with TAP and want to make a claim for them, however, I can not send in the original boarding passes, just copies, as I needed to submit the originals to my client. Will M&M accept the copies or are the miles lost?
