Great point, yet another useful way to handle everything. The only downside is the hours perhaps on the weekends. Where I live Sat and Sun are work days as the weekend is Thur/Fri thus having 2 work days where I can't reach the online chat all day until the evening could be inconvenient. Opening at 2 am eastern time IMO is great during the m-f week.
