I did GVA-CAI on a 738 in March (invol reroute from Swiss, a definite downgrade but I had to get to CAI that day.)
No alcohol, standard domestic F type seats, seat back video but not much to watch. Meal was typical of the region, service was rushed but FA's were respectful.
