lufthansa.com's Japanese website publishes the full menus on flights between Germany and Japan in all classes every two months (in Japanese only). Unfortunately it usually takes a few weeks for new menus to appear on the website and currently the menus published are those from May-June.

As you will see they seem to repeat the same menu ex-NRT in both Business and First from time to time.
