NewbieRunner - thank you for your reply...

I have flown LH in C & F many times before and was really just trying to confirm if menu's had changed very much over the last 18 months and if anyone had recent menu's to share... I have flown NRT-FRA in F and the menu was obviously Japanese inspired - I assume flying FRA-NRT the Japanese selection will be offered onboard, which is great as it is my preference...
