LAX is a oneWorld hub. And it is an AA hub in all but official name regardless.

AA is the largest mainline carrier at LAX. oneWorld is the largest alliance at LAX. oneWorld is the largest international alliance at LAX.

And this "no room for growth" is nonsense considering, for the nth time I remind people, that AA has acquired four gates at TBIT starting in 2013. That allows significant growth in itself. Not to mention under utilization of gates at T3 and T5 give AA room to grow if needed.
