It has changed beyond measure. T3 is clean and modern, with comfortable lounges and desk-staff of varying levels helpfulness....
Check-in will be much improved when the online version arrives, and/or they open a hand-baggage only desk or two.
Transit has a rough edge only where the airport management gives way to state-run security checks. Though things could get bumpy if you needed to switch terminals ...
