The seats are not good at all in J class, they resemble (old) US domestic F seats. It is a dry carrier, if that matters. AVOD? No. I wouldn't call them efficient, either. That said, they are rolling out a proper J product on their new 777-300ER metal, but only LHR and later NRT get to enjoy for now.
Current MS long-haul F resembles AF/KL/LH/UA/DL J class circa-1997.
