I give SPG a big ^ for this feature. I'm at work and still need to take care of whatever I can open a chat window and get done what I need quietly and efficiently. I had used it one other time but the last 2 days have used to to look up availability of FFWN and also did a SPG points transfer. Both agents were great. Nice feature that I hadn't taken advantage of enough. However I will use this in the future much more often.
