First of all, don't be scared. It's just baggage.

I'd advise you use as much of your checked baggage as you can. You don't need to have all the chargers with you on the flight, so stick them in your checked luggage.

Also, sometimes they'll class a laptop as a separate piece of carry-on (not counted in the overall weight) so you'll likely be fine. From my experience Tiger want to get rid of people checking in as soon as possible, so as long as it's not blatantly obvious that your bag would be overweight (ie. it's not bursting at the seams or unusually large) you should breeze by.
