Thanks for the replies, So when I put into the Star Alliance Lounge finder that I will be departing ORD - ZRH in F it says I can use the UA F class lounge, Swiss F class lounge United RCC or the SAS lounge. So I am quite excited about that because I would want a shower before getting on the plane.
I misunderstood the lounge situation in MCO as when I went onto UA's website it said that in order to gain entry into the lounge you needed to present a same day F Class boarding pass on a *A flight, So I thought that with our Swiss F boarding pass we would be allowed in at MCO. But as someone else stated above if you read closer it says you have to be departing from that specific airport.
Now the question is which of the lounges in ORD is the Best?
I cannot comment on the Swiss one. You need to nail down which gate you depart from and plan accordingly. If you want to be sneaky, you can fill up at the UFIL (which is the only one I have visited and is not bad, although it probably gets crowded at certain times) then pop into a regular RCC and get drink chits there to save for later.
