Seems like the kind of place I was looking for... walkable to Fisherman's Village but otherwise quiet and a good value at ~$100/night for a private bungalow.

Peaceresort is nice,never stayed but my wife used the Spa in the hotel and enjoyed it, good location, the Santiburi in Maenam is excellent but a little more pricey.
