I've lost count of the number of times my SAS Eurobonus FF tag has disappeared from my bag.. I complain to SAS every time I email them for new tags!

However last time I was pretty happy. When my luggage appeared on the belt when I got home I saw the tag was gone again... but on unpacking I found that someone had popped the tag into the small front pocket of my case - minus the plastic "string" that attached it to the handle.
