Looking for website to enter a date, airport to fly from and it gives $/destinations.

For instance I want to fly out of YVR on July 24th - August 9th. At this point I am interested in going to Central America or Western Europe.

Is there any websites that offer this kind of search where I can put in the date and airport I am flying from and it will list multiple destinations and prices given a region?
