Before checking into the hotel you should have checked your account online or called Hyatt Gold Passport to confirm your BWB stays were posted to cover this stay. You had no business checking into a hotel without having the awards issued.

I'm currently in tokyo at the Park Hyatt, I either miscalculated my stays for the big welcome back or I have missing credit that I forget to call, I don't have my work laptop or blackberry with me, so I can't remember if I have missing stay or not.. Can you guys think of any other options I can do besides moving to another hotel or fork out $700??
