That is so completely false, I don't know where to start. Smirnoff Ice is a global brand sold all over the world (except in South Africa where they call it "Smirnoff Storm"). It's a malt liquor (no vodka) in the USA with 5% ABV for both red and black labels. Elsewhere, it is a vodka mix. In Australia, the red label is 4.5% ABV and the black label is 7% ABV. In Canada, the red label is 7% ABV. So much for "global brands" being "EXACTLY THE SAME."
