Before I make reservation for a Starwood hotel, I always read the reviews here on Flyertalk, but alas, not one of the newly opened Sheraton Rhodes!
So I will be the first one...
Well, I am always very happy with a nice upgrade
and a room/suite with a great view! (but who doesn"t!)
I appreciate a welcome card / message on the screen and a small welcomegift like fruits or wine. Some Starwood hotels offer this for their SPG guests and it feels like a real welcome.
I have noticed some Sheraton hotels worldwide do not offer the turn down service anymore, which I do appreciate! Especialy the small chocolates on the bed
