Fly to BKK and do the BKK-REP portion overland.
There is a bus from the Transportation center next to Suvarnabhumi to Aranyaprathet and to RAngkula MArket (the border). From Aranyaprathet bus station, you can take a Tuk-Tuk to to Rangkula. Cross the border on foot and take a taxi to Siem Ream.
