Wellllll....not sure I have a high opinion of him. He's an amiable guy, but it looks like the dreaded Capella syndrome has overtaken yet another of their properties. I gather Mr Bowling was on a sales trip in Europe during your fiasco, and yes, I would have checked out, too.
