What do you mean with " real Italian food "???

Do you mean local food, for example Latio ( Roma ), Lombardia ( Milano ), Piemonte ( Torino ), Toscana ( Firenze ) etc. ?

There is no " Italian Kitchen " in Italy but local kitchen.
