Had a disappointing stay there last weekend. I was upgraded to the Junior Suite before arrival, then changed to Penthouse Suite. That got me excited.
Well, got my key to the "Penthouse" suite, it turned out to be a room about the size of standard NYC Sheraton room. It did not have a study desk. I called the front desk and was told the room was one of the room of the chairman's suite. I inquired about the jr suite, I was told none was avaliable. Then I inquired a room with a study desk, the front desk offered me a standard room with partial lake view, I just took it.
I am not impressed with the upgrade process at this property. I feel I was given an inferior room.
