Unfortunately, OLCI is 24 hours of the last flight departure time regardless of carrier. There are times AC.com would prohbit you to OLCI if you have a previous *A CNX flight. Unfortunately I have not found a work around yet. The *A carrier @ check-in have never assisted me with the cert waitlist. They just refer me to AC or its designated representatives at the airport. Real pain in the butt when I fly SIN-NRT-YYZ on NH/AC.
Unfortunately AC Res has no control over cert upgrade waitlists / OLCI.
