Which looks tempting until you come to the part where they charge you $800 if you lose or damage one of their units. You pay an extra $4/day to avoid that. Even with the $4 extra/day it might not be a bad deal, but the company leaves a bad taste in my mouth when they try to extort someone for an amount dramatically higher than replacement cost in the event of loss or damage. Makes you wonder if they consider that a significant revenue source and, if so, how often are they likely to claim that normal wear & tear constitutes "damage" so they can charge you $800?

There's also not enough information regarding the definition of "unlimited" 3G access. We've learned elsewhere that "unlimited" often means there's actually a 5 gig or whatever cap, or that it doesn't include certain types of service (pop, smtp) etc. Since a truly unlimited internet access policy would be a huge selling point, it's something you would point out as a feature, and explain the advantages of their setup vs others. But they don't.

Having said all that, yes, it remains tempting. I'll send them an email to see what I can find out.
