Don't forget to include CO in your analysis, as EWR is one of their hubs (they haven't merged with UA yet).

Any UA flight you book will most likely be a CO codeshare.

DL does not have any non-stops SEA-EWR. You would have to connect along the way.

You may also want to look into AA.
