Yes, I've noticed this on many occasions. It's labeled drinking water, unlike the water in the lavatories labeled not for drinking, so obviously, it is safe. Never personally had a drink from there, as I prefer something coming from a packaged bottle of drinking water. They also hide cartons with those little plastic sealed cups behind the last row.
