Anyone purchase or seen this yet? Impressions?

I went to a local Macy's. They have the boxes in the back but don't plan to put the luggage out on the floor till next week! Grrrr. And when I asked if they had the 20", the salesperson only went back briefly to check and said she didn't see anything.
