It is actually a screen scrape from timatic.com, using the credentials for Star Alliance last I checked. It is quite easy to get the same information without paying for the data if you want. I generally use continental.com and their interface to the same timatic systems. They make it pretty accessible and there is no need to pay for data that is otherwise free.
