I find them pretty comparable, with a slight preference towards the AA seats. They feel like they have a tad bit more legroom and it is nice to have AC power. It's been a while since I've been in an AA 757 F seat, but I find the 737's more comfortable. None of them have in-seat entertainment. I believe the AA 757's and 737's have drop down LCD panels, but I never watch movies on those anymore.
