This is by no means a snarky comment but many of us on the AS board fly AA a lot but wouldn't have a clue what the F product is like. if you even so much as hint to an AA gate agent that you are an MVP Gold with AS it is a guarantee that you will be treated worse than the once a year AA traveler.

If you want good treatment on AA then by all means avoid any mention of AS elite status like the plague.
