It can happen (two e certs combined), perhaps only when there are two travelers. Think it simplified the process for web support - which went relatively quickly, 15 - 20 minutes as opposed to another time when it took over 1/2 hour, had to send screen shots, etc.
Better yet, I had 6 of these $250 vouchers and just booked a trip for my family of 6, one voucher each, all on one single PNR. Now it took about 40 minutes on the phone with web support, but definitely worthwhile. ^
