Since the last post here was a year ago, I'm hoping for some response from anyone who was at this property recently?

For example, does anyone know if the property has a driver available? I'm not talking about the airport transfer, mentioned above - I'm more concerned with finding a reliable driver in a comfortable and spacious vehicle for daily transportation to and from my office, and perhaps to use again at night if I go off-property for dinner, drinks, etc.

Here in the States I'd be looking for a town car service. What should I look for in Pune? Is there an equivalent to our "black car service" ?

If not available via the hotel, would welcome a recommendation to a specific company to use - especially if I can pay via AMEX or have the hotel pay the driver on my behalf and add it to my hotel folio.

This hotel is closer to my office however I wonder if I should be thinking about the Westin instead?

The only other "Western" hotel I'm aware of in Pune is the Marriott Courtyard. I want something better than that.
