Since I am not yet half way through a long driving trip, I called LuggagePros.com and they are not charging for me to return the Crew 7. In the meantime, they did a price-match with LuggageSource.Com and took off an additional 15% for the Crew 8.

I will not be able to compare the 7 to the 8 because no stores near me have Crew 8 and LuggagePro will not get it until July 9 (then ship it to me on July 16). All this means I am handling this 'on the road' which is not ideal but for my needs the Crew 8 20" will hopefully work well.
