I'm looking at flying from Heathrow to Hong Kong, and return, next month. I can upgrade one way from CW to F.

I was wondering which of the 2 daily flights I should take to make the most of my experience and which direction I should upgrade. Obviously, I want to maximise the F part of the trip. I'm thinking the outbound, so as to appreciate the CCR at Heathrow, however, if the flights 'bed down' shortly after take off then there's little point. Similarly, the return flights leave late in the day, so could be the same.

I'd appreciate your comments and advice.
