My company (which I joined when I was 18 years old and 25 years later I'm still with them) makes us do a minimum of 20 days of training per annum. That adds up to a lot, and at this stage in my career it gets more and more difficult to find suitable courses. Anyone remembers TMI's elephant? I have to say that the half day I spent at Cranebank was probably the most memorable and most useful training I have ever done.
