Yes, I heard about it. They did announce service, but is pending government approval. They plan to only serve Atlanta, but they do quite a few charter flights from Baltimore to Punta Cana. I'm surprised they didn't say BWI-PUJ too, but they probably don't want to compete with USA 3000.
