We all want the best from the airlines we fly...and heaven knows that they can be rather brutal of late. But the point is that we ALL want the best. We all want to be valued for our patronage...and none of us our entitled to more simply because we wish to be.

You're seriously making me rethink my decision to fly Ryanair. If only you'd been there to talk me out of it when I got off the phone with BA!
But there's also a little bit of me that wants to do it to find out how bad it really is.
