Folks,

After much searching, I am appealing to you'all for help, please.

I have had BofA US Airways debit card for a about 5 years, but, last year, switch to CO and, thus, to Chase. I still have the BofA account, but they had switched my debit card back to a regular one. Still, earlier this week, I was charged the $30 fee.

BofA believes this to be a "US Airways' originated transaction" which US would have to reverse. They give me the general reservations number (*4322) to deal with it... you can imagine how much help that is.

Any suggestions on who to call to get my money back? Or should I consider the $30 lost?
