It sounds like you are alone! I really can't see how anyone could have big problems - maybe you could elaborate on what you find problematic?
As far as I'm concerned it is about the right size, the layout is good, the signage is good, there are plenty of display screens for flight information and it is relatively painless to transfer between A & B.
