Hi another_sue and welcome to FT.

To be honest, I don't find it terribly confusing to travel between T5A and T5B - the trains are fairly well-signed.

The only thing is that, when departing, you can only travel from T5A => T5B and not back. The thought is that there is no reason for you to travel frequently between terminals. When arriving, you can easily go from T5B => T5A, but you are segregated from the departing passengers quite deliberately.
