You can kill your cookies easily using an app like ccleaner. This lets you select which cookies should be kept - a list which is kept - and then wipe the rest at a click.
I think using a different browser just for Quidco also works as an alternative.
In any event, write to Amex. They want your custom and may give a £60 fee credit.
