1. You call / Email Asiamiles with your itinerary and your preferred schedule
2. You pay the USD60 on Credit Card, and you also need to pay airport tax, fuel surcharge and other applicable fees
- Card information will be requested over the phone. You may also need your identity information handy (say passport number / DOB)
3. No, you have to go though Asia Miles, most likely they will issue you a CX stocked ticket (160-xxxxxxxx)
