I've been a CO Plat for years and whenever I call the Elite Line someone answers the phone to assist me pretty much instantly. I called yesterday and again today on the Elite Line and the wait was like 15 minutes. What's going on? Did CO downsize the staff? The person who answered sounded unhappy and couldn't answer my questions accurately anyway....that's a long time to hold to get absolutely nowhere. Someone at CO: PLEASE HELP.
