I am gonna second that with an example from yesterday - I checked in around 6 and asked if I could get a can of soda as I was about to head out. The FD folks suggested starbucks or gift shop but both were closed and the restaurant did not have any cans or bottles. I was about to leave but one of FD employees then went somewhere and brought me a coke! I realized it's a small thing but they do go above an beyond there on top of pretty much 100% suite upgrades and standard diamond benefits. ^
