Not to knock anyone that has a complaint. My experience with this hotel last month with 2 stays there was very positive. Both times I was upgraded to a suite and the overall service was excellent. At breakfast it was slow with no lines. The checkin was fast no lines. Perhaps with this being one of the Disney hotels and school out has made things different.
